Unfortunately, 24Kae cannot guarantee that the 18 karat gold plating of our jewelry will last forever. Gold-plated jewelry is naturally more fragile and may lose color over time. Your 24Kae jewelry items will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided that the fault falls within the terms of guarantee. If the jewelry is repaired by third parties, the jewelry can’t be returned. This guarantee does not detract from the rights and claims of the consumer provided by applicable national law.
